An Executive Business Coaching course you attended to is not to be taken lightly.

Better still try to volunteer to lead projects during the coaching exercise. Show that you are ever ready to take the challenge big or small. The moment you do this, you have made a seriously positive mark.

And then treat the topics covered very seriously and let everyone can see that. The exercise is expensive, so its goals should not be taken lightly. The organisation objectives may need clarification. Polices need overhaul. Major dynamics are failing. No major issues, and management would not have put all the resources together for the business coaching. Remember, take the coaching lightly, and you will lose the chance to understand what is really happening badly and needs improvement.

Participate, lead and be serious. Miss it and you might as well just opt out from the coaching exercise and save company money doing that.
